Website Design & Usability 18/20

There’s something a bit ‘old school’ about the look and feel of the Ladbrokes site and it’s not undergone a significant redesign in quite a number of years but it’s still as easy as any other site to get around and to find your bet which is the main thing. One of the nice features is that it displays your favourites on the left hand side, so that you can quickly get to the sports that you bet on most.

Getting to your bets is easy and you can even save your own coupons for future reference. The site is quick and generally appears to cope well during busy periods.

Markets & Odds – 18/20

As one of the best-known and successful High Street bookies you expect Ladbrokes to offer betting on just about every market available and the site doesn’t disappoint. From Winter Olympics to betting on the weather it’s all in there so on that count Ladrokes score full marks.

However, Ladbrokes are rarely the best when it comes to competitive odds. It appears they rely heavily on ‘being Ladbrokes’, for people to place their bets there rather than attempting to offer the best odds. With so much online competition and odds comparison sites just a click away I’m sure that in time Ladbrokes will tighten up on this aspect.
