In one of the stand out games of the opening weekend of the Premier League, Arsenal host Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Arsenal v Liverpool

Live on Sky Sports 1 / Sky Sports 1 HD / Sky Ultra HD
Arsenal head into their Premier League opener with a defensive crisis, as Gabriel and Per Mertesacker have been ruled out because of injury and Laurent Koscielny is not fit enough to start.
The Gunners are likely to field youngsters Calum Chambers and Rob Holding in the heart of their defence. Arsene Wenger’s side also look set to hand Swiss midfielder Grant Xhaka a debut.
The north London side will take heart from the fact that recent history is on their side in this fixture, as they have suffered just one defeat in the last meetings with Liverpool, although three of the last four meetings have been drawn.
The home side are odds of 6/4 with William Hill to pick-up a win over the Merseysiders.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has been buy signing players with the likes of Sadio Mane and Georginio Wijnaldum. The German also raided the Bundesliga to sign goalkeeper Loris Karius and centre-backs Ragnar Klavan and Joel Matip. Karius will miss the fixture through injury along with French defender Mamadou Sakho.
The Reds will need to overcome their poor history at Arsenal, as they have won just once in the last 15 Premier League visits to the north London club. The Merseysiders can be backed for a victory at odds of 21/10 at Bet365.
Arsenal may be understrength, but they still have quality players in their squad. The visitors have enjoyed a mixed pre-season campaign. For me the draw at odds of 28/11 with 888 Sport looks like it could be the bet to place.
