There isn’t much tennis about until the start of the main draws at Indian Wells. So I thought I would have a look at some of the qualifying matches to fill the gap. The Qualifying draws for Indian Wells actually have some very experienced campaigners as well as some up and coming names to watch out for. Low stakes only!
Damir Dzumhur @ 1.57 Bet365 to defeat Austin Krajicek – Bosnia’s big hope Damir has done well over the last 6 months and qualified for the Australian Open in January. He is also capable though of throwing in a few bad matches though. I think his price tonight against Krajicek is worth a punt though. If the Bosnian plays his best he should be too good, if he is off form them Krajicek may take advantage of the US spectators
Guilherme Clezar @ 2.75 Bet365 to defeat Taro Daniel – This prediction is not for the faint hearted. The Brazilian is in very poor form, but as both players best surface is clay then i think this match is wide open. Daniel has done well in the last few months and broke into the top 200, but despite Clezar’s form he is a big talent. Only a punt but lets hope we see a return to form for Guilherme
A Tomljanovic @ 1.50 Bet365 to defeat L Dominguez-Lino – The powercful Croatian has had a fine past 12 months and should overpower the Spaniard here. If her serve is miss hitting then the experience for Lino may count
A Mestach @ 1.83 Bet365 to defeat A Kiick – The Belgian needs to push on now with her career. She was a top junior but has stalled a little in her rise up the rankings. This is the ideal opportunity to show us what she can do. American Allie though will pounce on any mistakes.
