Reigning Itaalian champions Juventus continue their bid to retain their title when Atalanta visit the Juventus Arena on Sunday afternoon (2pm, live on ESPN).
The bianconeri are currently four points clear and looking course to do just that. Their head coach, Antonio Conte, returned to the bench last weekend after a four month absence following a ban for his role in a match-fixing claim while at Siena. He oversaw a 1-0 win away at Palermo last week, as Juve continue a good run of form.
They’ve won each of their last four fixtures, keeping clean sheets in each of those, and look the dominant force in Italian football once more.
Atalanta have enjoyed a decent start to the season and sit in 10th in Serie A, but fell to a 3-0 defeat against Roma last time out. They’ve not got a great record away from home, with just two victories on the road so far.
You can only see this being a home win, but with the best odds of that being 3/10 (Paddy Power, William Hill), there’s not a great deal of value just backing that. Juventus to win to nil, and make it five games in a row in doing so, is available at 5/6 (Bet365). And veteran midfielder Andrea Pirlo, a set-piece specialist, can be backed at 7/2 (SkyBet) to score anytime.
