  1. Harry says:

Middlesbrough and Leeds £50 double pays even money.

Don’t fancy that much today. Think a lot of draws will be on the cards.

    Harry

  2. deano says:

Good Luck with that double mate

I think I’ll leave boro due to their inconsistent form lately. Yeovil is a team Leeds are expected to win at home although Yeovil are in a bit of form lately.

Like I said earlier in the week, I’m going to keep my stakes very low this week and try and find some value bets

Might go with a £5 acca

    Burnley
    Ipswich
    Southampton
    Norwich
    Chesterfield

  3. deano says:

Actually I’m going to avoid Burnley

  4. Gareth says:

Will u be posting the Racing Post tips each week?

The reason I ask I like the follow tipsters each week and keep my records on a spreadsheet. So, if you will be including them each week I can add them to my weekly bets and hopefully make some good profits!!

By the way keep up the good work as this site is an excellent resource for punters!!!!!!!!

    • selectabet says:

      Hi Gareth,

I can’t always get my hands on the RP so cannot promise anything mate but will try to post them as much as I can.

If you’ve got any analysis on how the tipsters do then feel free to share it here as I’m sure we’d all be interested to know.

      Cheers, sb

  5. resznik says:

Been a long time due to no internet for 5 weeks (thanks BT!) But able to post today.

I like the look of a treble of Bristol City at home to Sheff Weds, who have gone off the boil a little recently & only won once away this season. Norwich away to Stockport, Norwich don’t have the best away record but Stockport’s home form this season is the worst in the division. Finally Southampton away to Leyton Orient, Orient aren’t a bad team but Southampton have been playing well away from home & expect them win again.

Now watch them all end in draws haha!!

Bristal City, Norwich & Southampton @ 6.88 with Blue Square, Ladbrokes, 888 Sport & SkyBet.

    Best of luck! ;)

    • selectabet says:

      Hi mate,

hows things? I thought you were on a world tour :)

Good luck with your line. The fact that everyone’s going on Norwich puts me off a bit. Not made up my mind yet.

      ;)

      • resznik says:

I wish that I was but alas, unfortunately not!

Norwich do have a few injuries at the back to deal with. But as there not too shabby odds on either 3 I’ve just doubled up & trebled them. Not the best of odds but we’ll see!

I think Middlesbrough will hammer Plymouth today so have lumped on them. New manager syndrome ‘n all that. Plus it’s Strachan, glad to see him back in management to be honest. Even if just for his interviews :)

  6. Gavlar says:

    AFC Wimbledon
    Dundee
    Brechin City
    Stirling Albion

    £5 returns £116 at Ladbrokes.com

  7. Magill says:

the racing post tips are on http://www.racingpost.com every week for whent they are not up on here.go in to the sport section and thenclick on football.

  8. selectabet says:

Right here goes with mine for today

    BANKER DOUBLE: Middlesbrough, Man Utd

TRIXIE: Ipswich, Partick Thistle, West Brom

Also like the look of Dag & Red, Motherwell & Burnley.

    Good luck everyone!

  9. Gareth says:

    Another treble from Mike Triffit!

I’m up nearly £100 so far this season doing his treble!

Dales Double up slightly (£7 profit), Mr Fixit’s Draws (I do them in a £1.50 lucky 15) also up slightly (£4) all the others are at a slight loss, except Tot’s treble (down £10).

Please note. my bets are not level stakes but a 3% of the current bank for each tipster.

  10. NadaleK says:

manu plays very poor , d`ohhhh . fingers crossed for the 2nd half ..

  11. NadaleK says:

Brugge should score +2 today against St. Tr .
    PSV -1 against Vittese

Brugge and Psv – two really good bankers

  12. deano says:

Southampton let me down on my 5-fold (Burnley, Ipswich, Norwich, Southampton and Chesterfield)
I made a wee profit though as I backed over 2.5 goals on the Arsenal v Spurs game. Got my stakes back after backing Man Utd -2 Asian Handicap.
    Overall, not too bad :)

Oh, like Gareth pointed out, Mike Triffet tipped another good treble. I always consider his selections as there is good sense and logic behind the teams he backs, as well as value. It annoys me when some of these tipsters tip teams based on reputation rather than form and team news

    • selectabet says:

I think Southampton let a few folk down deano. Ouch!

I got out just slight up today which is a big improvement on the last few weeks :)

I’ll be keeping an eye on Triff next week!

  13. BazzaK says:

‘Boro cost me my main bet in the afternoon. I then thought Id got my saver bet up for £140 until Barca og in the 93rd minute done me in, gutted!!

  14. Harry says:

Boro cost me my £50 double yesterday. Can’t seem to pick a good double recently.

    Harry
