Last Friday night I picked up a nice win in the Dutch 2nd Division and I also noticed that 7 of the 9 games played that night finished Overs so I’m back in again and one of the teams that came up trumps from last week, Apeldoorn (got the spelling right this time) are in action again at home to Cambuur.
Both teams have been scoring as many as they’ve been losing recently and that bodes well for an Overs bet. In fact in the last 24 games they’ve only managed two clean sheets between them and scored on all but one occasion. The two sides met in January and shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw – seven of the last nine meetings have finished overs too.
All the stats are there – fingers crossed that they’re not lying.
I had problems getting my bet on yet again with Boylesports! They would only take £53.00 of my bet, then I tried again and apparently the remaining £22.85 triggered their ‘automatic risk controls’ and the bet was rejected. What is with some bookies? Don’t they want us punters’ business? Anyway, I managed to get the rest of the bet on a shorter odds with Bet24.
Selection: Over 2.5 goals – Apeldoorn v Cambuur. £53.00 @ 1.44 at Boylesports & £22.85 @ 1.44 at Bet24.

After an hour this is the only game in the League without a goal
FT 0-2. I think I need to regroup and refocus on the Challenge. I might take the weekend off from it to collect my thoughts.
Almost sods law it seems.
One thing i have noticed myself when it comes to under/overs is that certain teams can cancel eachother out.
Do you take the league positions and team rivalry into consideration when picking the matches?
Because i often find that teams close to eachother in the league tend to play much tighter games.
Just an observation, not sure what you think?
Yeah mate, I’ve noticed that too. I always prefer when there’s plenty of place in the league between the teams.
Also on the rivalry thing I do consider that too but I’m not too well up on my Norwegian 2nd div derbies
